Tender apples topped with a crunchy topping is a perfect easy dessert.

Ingredients:
4 apples, quartered and diced
2 cups gf oats
½ cup walnuts, chopped
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup honey
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl toss the apple cubes with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Put into a baking dish.
In a bowl add the apples, oats, walnuts, coconut oil, 1 tablespoon cinnamon and the honey. Mix well and cover the apples with the oat mixture evenly.
Put the casserole in the middle of the preheated oven and bake 50 minutes.
