This easy beef and cabbage stir fry has a ton of flavor from the fresh ginger, garlic, chili paste and coconut aminos. It reminds me of the insides of a very good egg roll without the grease.

1 small head of cabbage, cut into thin strips
1 pound ground beef
2 yellow onions, thinly sliced
3 carrots, grated or made into noodles
4 cloves garlic, minced
2-inch piece of fresh ginger, minced
3 tablespoons coconut aminos
1 tablespoon garlic chili paste


In a large skillet over medium high heat brown the beef using a spatula to break up the big chunks as you cook.

When the beef is half way cooked, add the garlic, onions and ginger.
Continue to cook until done. Drain the beef mixture and put back into the skillet.

Add the cabbage and carrots and cook until it begins to soften, about 8-9 minutes. Add the gf soy and the chili paste. Mix well.
