Cook 8-10 low
4 apples, cored and sliced
4 pork chops
1 yellow onion, sliced
1 cup stock
1 tablespoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
Layer the onions and apples in the bottom of the crock pot.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the sides of the pork chops.
Lay the pork chops on top of the onion and apple mixture.
In a bowl mix the stock, cinnamon and salt. Pour over the pork chops and put the lid on.
Cook 8-10 hours on low.
